A Letter From Our Former President
I am so happy that we get to welcome y’all to the best four years of your life, starting with saying yes to the recruitment experience! While I know how nerve-wracking this whole experience can feel, you have no idea how many new doors filled with endless possibilities are before you! All of the girls, both PNMs and current members, are feeling the same emotions, so don’t be scared; embrace it! I encourage all of you to widen your perspective on this new journey and not to be afraid to try something new. Tri Delta has so many things to offer, and I hope that you will take advantage of it! I hope that you will challenge yourself and continue to grow throughout your college years. Get involved, make lifelong friends, try hard things, and continue to create memories that will last a lifetime! If I could only tell you one thing to do while you’re in college, it would be to expect the unexpected. No matter where you call home, live boldly because the only regrets you will have are the things you didn't try. When people say that time flies by, believe them. These will be the greatest yet quickest four years of your entire life. Tri Delta has given our members such a special bond that has created a wonderful home here at Alpha Lambda, and we hope to be a forever home for you too because it truly is one of the greatest places on Earth!

The Chapter Programming and Development Team is dedicated to fostering the growth, achievement, wellness, and values of both the chapter and its individual members. Led by the Vice President of Chapter Programming and Development, this team works tirelessly to promote membership safety, academic excellence, and personal development through innovative programming. Their efforts inspire members to live by the chapter's rituals and uphold its core values, ensuring the continued success and cohesion of the chapter.

Membership Experience Team
The Membership Experience branch is responsible for ensuring a positive and engaging journey for all members, from recruitment to alumni status. Led by the Vice President of Membership Experience, this team oversees Recruitment as well as the New Member Experience, which focuses on helping new members transition into members. Additionally, the branch manages sisterhood initiatives creating bonds and enhancing a sense of community within Tri Delta.
